I appreciate the fact rhey make everything simple and cost effective. Insurers can be difficult to converse with, so having a broker that understands the company's they represent means a lot to us as consumers. Especially when everything is driven away to a tiny computer in your hand, customer service and human interaction has fallen by the wayside with many companies.
